MONDAY’S DEBATE

Hope you all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend ahead! Super excited for the debate next week (although I will not be there because of Passover), I’m sure you all will have fun without me.

Please join us this Monday, April 22 at 7 PM in Scott Hall 201 as we discuss:

RESOLVED: Evanston should build a migrant shelter.

Keep an eye out for our debate primer, which will be posted this Sunday on the PU Blog. This resource, created by our brilliant Blog Editors, can be used to get a better understanding of the topic at hand.

CIVICS AND SNACKS

Join us April 30th from 5-6pm in Kresge 2420 with Professor Sarah Rodriguez in order to discuss the new abortion pill as well as the history of abortion in the United States. There will be snacks!!

DOOR REMINDER

Scott Hall's doors close and lock at 7 PM sharp, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive after 7pm, we always make sure to prop open a door: you can enter through the Sheridan Rd. side or the 1838 Chicago Ave. side.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

As always, we would love to hear feedback from the PU community. Please write to us at [email protected] with any thoughts, critiques, or suggestions for our future debates and events. We also invite all to submit to the PU Blog at the following Google Form.

Have a good weekend!!
